Dear Huihui,
I know you'll read this eventually, so I hope I resisted from telling you to read it. :) Happy 23rd Birthday my dear!! From being 22 to being 23... you've had your first relationship, had your first 'being a president' experience, experienced your first dadadadas ;) , graduated from college, successfully moved all the way across the States, made new friends.... Ah so much has happened. So... I wish you many many more eventful occasions (good ones of course!) as a 23 year old! Know that I love you!
